Cairo is the third community to add wings. #WingsAcrosTheHeartland started by artist Karen Neppl adds vibrance and story telling to Cairo.  Each wing is currated with a little bit of Cairo history.  Wings located at the Cairo Community Center tell of Cairo’s connection to Mount Rushmore.  Visit the wings to learn more.
